Hello, possible member of OmegaXII!
First off, we'd like to establish our rules and see if you're still interested in the linkshell.
Five OmegaXII Commandments:
1. Treat EVERYONE with respect, inside or outside of the linkshell, if someone is bothering you, use the blacklist function.
2. No Drama, anyone that causes drama will be talked to by a leader to decide a punishment, always starting with a warning of course.
3. No SHOUTING DRAMA OR INFORMATION for the name of the linkshell, tell someone information if you'd like don't shout.
4. Pay attention, you never know what's next in this game.
5. Disobediance by ANY RULE will result in a talk with the leader and possibleend result of being removed from linkshell.
Linkshell Lotting rules:
For Seal/AF Items:
Members will pick a job to a main job and a sub job. Main Job will be able to lot before the people who selected a job as Sub Job. Then people who have a sub job listed will be able to lot a specific item. If no one has it listed on Main Jobs and Sub Jobs then it will go to freelot for people with the highest job for AF item/Seal that drops. If more than one person has the job at the same highest level, it will go to auction points(Limit of 10 Points before everyone with the job can lot).
Other Items:
Items that can be used for multiple jobs such as Homam or Nashira will go to Auction points based on attendance. If a person doesn't come on a job that can use the equipment, they will not be able to lot. We will try to have everyone come as many of their jobs as possible.
Bank:
The bank in this linkshell will be similar and different to banks of other linkshells.
Similarly, it will fund Dynamis and Einherjar until we can find someone who's building a relic.
Differently, with points, you can submit an item application in which we can buy an item from the auctionhouse for you, for specific points. This feature MUST be agreed on by at least 3/4 of leaders. Example:
P1 Has 150 points and the Bank has 10,000,000gil in it. Linkshell point total is 1000.
P1 can submit an application for an item worth no more than 1,500,000g, if he does and the leaders agree with his choice, we will buy the item for him and NOT send him the gil directly and if the item he asks for is 1,500,000g then all of his points will be gone if leaders accept. Players can also take out money directly if they desire gil for food, echo drops, etc etc...

As of 11/20/2010 the events we will be doing include:
Einherjar
Dynamis
Abyssea(EXP)
Abyssea(Seal Farm/Item Farm)
Sea
Limbus
HNM
Events not discussed include:
ZNM
VNM
SCNM
KS99
Sky
Events will start anywhere from 6:00-7:00pm EST depending on the day. Weekends we will have 2 events a day, 1 optional, 1 mandatory. We will have 2 freedays (as a minimum)a week where a member can do anything, however, Limbus, Abyssea EXP and some HNM is optional. The other events are mandatory and will require full attendance.
Punishments:
If a member is caught skipping an event a specific number of times here is what will happen.
1st:Warning
2nd:Loss of 300% points of LS event
3rd:Ejection from Linkshell, or resetting of Wishlist cooldown
4th:Automatic Ejection from Linkshell, no questions asked.
If you talk to a leader and doing something that will somehow benefit the linkshell or a job you plan to play in the linkshell specifically, ASK FIRST!!! Sometimes we may fall 1 person short and that person might be skipping. Sometimes we may allow you to skip because what you're doing may be more important than what we're doing, ASK FIRST!!!
As a Leader, we promise to...
Never spam you a job you dislike, if we tell you to come a job you don't like more than 4 events in a row, you will recieve 25k-50k from bank as a reward for your work. I hate spamming jobs but sometimes it has to be done. If you ask to come the job, it will not count towards your 4th or 5th time in a row. If a member only has 2 75 -85 jobs this will NOT apply however.
Listen to our members and treat them as our equals not as our weaklings.
Put an end to any drama in the linkshell caused by people, even if this results in booting immediately.
Get and give everyone an equal chance at items.
Respect our peers.
As a Member, we ask that...
Not fuss about jobs we call.
Respect our peers.
Never complain about a lost drop or someone obtaining a drop.
If you think something is unfair or someones causing drama tell a leader.
Have fun and attend events, don't skip... no one likes skippers.
